Payment
In order for the transaction to be fully traceable we only accept credit card payments if the guests name is embossed on the credit card. This remains the case if the credit card is a business credit card. Due to the high volume of fraud, we can not accept credit cards that are in the name of a company unless the full credentials and authorization is completed at least one week before booking in. Please contact us as soon as you have made the booking so we can assist with this process and make it as effortless as possible.
Security
In order to gain access to the facility we will require the following:
Full details and ID numbers/Passport details of all guests prior to arrival.
Please ensure the ID document/Passport is present when booking in. You may reply to this message with the required information. This is particularly important you travel with a companion that has not captured their data.
In addition, we require the vehicle registration number if you are traveling by car. If it’s a rental, please sms the registration when collecting so we can advise the guard on duty.
Please note we maintain strict access control on site. Only confirmed guests will be allowed. We maintain a curfew between the hours of 10pm and 6am and no vehicle or guests may leave or enter the premises between these hours unless prior arrangements have been made.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
Again these measures ensure your safety and comfort as well of that of the other guests. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in this regard.
