Surrounded by a lovely garden outside the property boasts large wooden decks to both the garden cottage and the elevated apartment. Views over the nearby hills and distant sea views from the elevated apartment make this a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Plenty of off-street parking and braai facilities are provided.

The property is conveniently close to Agulhas restaurants, pubs, art galleries, coffee bars and wine boutique yet quietly secluded and surrounded by nature.
