Any shortfall resulting in exchange fluctuations will be for the account of the customer. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

DELIVERY POLICY Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail (for example booking number / booking voucher/ Invoice). Bookings are only confirmed if we are provided with valued Credit Card details and a Deposit or 100% upfront payment.9. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY The provisions of goods and services by SOUTHERN LIGHT COUNTRY HOUSE is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SOUTHERN LIGHT COUNTRY HOUSE will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders will attract a 10% administration fee.10. CANCELLATION POLICY A cancellation policy will come into effect when you as a client cancel a paid reservation. Written proof of cancellation and reason must be provided to SOUTHERN LIGHT COUNTRY HOUSE. 31 and more days prior to arrival 100% of deposit refunded, less 10% administration fees. 30 days to 11 days prior to arrival no refund of deposit. 10 days and less prior to arrival or no shows, the full accommodation price for your booking will be charged to your credit card. In the event of an early departure (for what ever reasons) you will be still liable for the full payment of the booking you or a person on your behalf has made with Southern Light Country House.We also reserve the right to give away the booking incases of a no-show or a late arrival, and the client will not be refunded for their booking as stated above.We advice our guest to take out a travel insurance.11. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
SOUTHERN LIGHT COUNTRY HOUSE shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
