The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a dining table with ample seating. There are two fireplaces/built-in braai areas. The living area features a TV and comfy seating area. The house opens onto a balcony with lovely views over the marina.

The house has a private jetty and enjoys easy access to the water canals and the river as well as stunning views of the marina. There is a launch site located close by at the Port Owen Yacht club.

Guests can enjoy boat cruises on the river, birdwatching, rowing along the canals, swimming at nearby beaches, and yacht cruises in the area.

The town is situated within a 2 minute drive where you will find shops, liquor stores and restaurants.
