Important Information
Please note no loud noise or music, as we are in a Nature Reserve and guests come here to enjoy the tranquility of nature. No drones or pets will be allowed on the premises. Please stay within the parameters of the fenced area for your own safety.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, the remaining to be paid one week before arrival.
Please take note of our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable.
2 weeks before stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
Please note: The Dinokeng game reserve requires a Conservation fee to enter the park. This fee does not form part of Siyaya Lodges tariffs and is payable on entering the park. If the online link does not work you are welcome to purchase tickets at the gate on entering the park.
Conservation fee is R100 per adult, plus the once off vehicle fee of R50 (if no self-drive is purchased). Children between 2 and 12 years pay R50. (Please note that this is the current prices, it might change between now and when you arrive)

These are the steps for the guests to follow once they arrive at the gate:
• Guests need to print their ticket at home or have their ticket they purchased available on their phone to present at the gate.
• At the boom gate, they can scan their own ticket, and the cashier will validate the total persons in the vehicle. If there are more occupants in the vehicle than that was paid for, then guests must please stop at the office and pay for the additional people.
• If a self-drive route map guide is purchased online, the guest must collect it upon entry at the gate.
• The guests must keep their ticket to exit the reserve again.
• Guests can enter and exit the reserve through the booms for the valid period their tickets were purchased for.
• Should no purchasing take place beforehand, guests will be required to make all their purchases at the DGR offices.
