Simbavati River Sands enjoys a unique setting on the banks of the Kruger Park’s Nhlaralumi River in the Timbavati Private Game Reserve, and guests can watch elephants drink from the comfort of the dining deck. The villa is warm and welcoming and consists of two bedrooms privately situated, opening onto a beautiful game viewing deck with a riverfront view. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom contains twin beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath and double rain shower. Important Information
Bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of a 25% deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required prior to arrival at the lodge. We recommend you arrive at the lodge between 13h00 and 14h00 as lunch is served from about 13h30. Check-out time before 11h00. At Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, you will be required to pay a vehicle entrance fee of R 230.00 per vehicle and a conservation levy of R 460.00 per person (valid until 31 December 2022, subject to change without prior notice). The conservation levy is payable at the lodge or can be prepaid. The Enkhulu Control Gate into the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve is open from 06h00 to 18h00. Please do not arrive at the lodge late, as you will then miss the afternoon/evening game drive and lunch, which we do not serve later than 15h00. It is also safer not to drive into the reserve and arrive at the lodge when it is dark. If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know on (015) 793-9021/22. Continuous cellular telephone reception just before the Enkhulu Gate. Please note, that there is no mobile network available in the reserve.
