Sibani Lodge consists of an independent entertainment area, separate main lodge accommodation and two cottages on the property. The master bedroom of the lodge is situated at the end of the main area with a wrapping deck, large bath, indoor and outdoor shower and unlimited views over the surrounding hills.The suite is decorated to reflect old Africa and includes a writing desk, leather lounger and beverage station. Important Information
RATES
• Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 nights over weekends (either Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun)
• 1-night stays allowed for midweek
• Taxes and Fees (Mention if they are included in the rates or additional):
• Penalties may apply for failure to arrange late check-in or late check-out in advance.
• Currently no damage/breakage deposit, but the guest will be liable for any damage or severe breakages.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Policy:
• Immediate 25% deposit to confirm and secure accommodation booking. The remaining 75% is payable upon check-in.
• Immediate payment terms may be less strict for bookings made long in advance.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Free accommodation cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
• Activity bookings such as picnic and massage treatments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival date, whereafter the guest will be liable for the cost of the activity, regardless of last-minute cancellation.
• No Show or early departure - Forfeit 100% of the full payment
• A stricter cancellation policy will apply for group bookings and/or functions/conferences.
Children Policy:
• Regretfully SIBANI is no longer child-friendly and we cannot host guests under the age of 18 years.
Rates Terms & Conditions:
• Rack Rates follow a seasonal pattern, but management reserves the right to increase or decrease rates and offer special deals according to supply and demand analysis.
• Rate changes may occur without prior notice, however, management will always endeavour to honour rates for bookings that had already been confirmed using deposit payment.
