We have an arrangements with 2 Spas in the area where they will come to the lodge or book a half day spa experience at one of them. We can do transfers to the spa.
Our lodge is able to host an intimate wedding on the day, of up to 120 guests. Accommodation is available for 18 guests including the bridal couple. Overflow guests can be accommodated in a nearby lodges.
Small meetings for eight to 10 people can be arranged. Printing and copying are charged at an additional rate. Wi-Fi is available in the main lounge and dining area. There is a Flat Screen TV to plug in a Laptop for presentations.
We have a pool and a few board games and some children's books. Most activities would be in the adjacent area.We do not have a play ground or jungle gym.
Celebration Suite - Our Marula Suite with canopied king-size bed dressed in finepercale linen. Bathroom with large oval bath indoor & outdoor shower. So that we can make you visit special please let us know in advance if this is a special occasion.

Booking terms:
All bookings for this site must go through Safari Now.
There is a 24hr cooling off period where no charge will be rendered
50% Deposit will secure your reservation ( no reservation is made until this is paid)
100% Deposits are required for Long Weekends, Festive Season and Easter Holidays.
Deposits are only refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 35 days prior to date of arrival.
Payment of the Deposit must be made within 3 days in order to confirm the booking.
Balance of accommodation account is payable in full, at least 4 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival must be paid in full within 3 working days.
Bookings made less than 1 week prior to date of arrival must be paid in full immediately.
No guest will be allowed to check into the lodge unless the accommodation and all other pre-booked meals and services are paid for in full.
Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 3 days, after which, if no confirmation and deposit is received, the provisional reservation will be deemed to be cancelled & released.without notification.
No actual confirmed booking is made unless the deposit is paid.
Important information:
Shikwari Suites and Pangolin Rondavels camp rooms can accommodate two children, aged 5 to 12 years, in a room on fold out beds or beds as available in pacific room and charged 50% of the Adult sharing rate. Teens 13-18years are charged 100% of the Adult sharing rate and accommodated in their own room or with one other adult and/or up to 2 siblings under the age of 13 yrs.
All our room have Queen or king-size beds. If guests require 2 single beds please let us know now and for which rooms.
Guest are required to inform us of any Dietary and/or Allergy requirments. Please not due to the cost of Vegan food it is R100pppn extra and will be charge on the Bar & Extras Bili.
When booking a group, we require:
- The ages of all children for an accurate booking quote.
-Compulsory Covid Documents to be complete and returned to us once booking is confirmed
