1. Reservations & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due upon check-in.
Payments can be made via EFT, cash, or credit card.
Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Proof of payment should be emailed to us.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
