★★★★★ Check in was at 2. We arrived at 3:15 and the unit was not ready. We sat outside in the cold on the paving for an hour and eventually decided to go back to town to get takeout. We arrived back at the unit at 5:30 just in time for them to finish cleaning the unit. Sam was very friendly and brought my eldery mother a chair to sit on while we wait.
