Shallow Pig Cottage is situated on a small but working farm 11km (15min drive) outside of Parys and 30min from Potchefstroom.
The self-catering cottage has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is an open-plan kitchen nook, a dining table, a lounge area, an indoor fireplace and outdoor braai facilities. The abode also offers guests parking on the premises in a dedicated carport.
Attractions in and around the area include the Parys Golf Course, the Vredefort Dome and the Vaal Dam.
Ideal for a family weekend out of the city. Take walks or hikes down to the stream or into the dome for expansive views, and fetch your own eggs from the chicken coup.

This is a small but working farm. We have cows, bees (beekeepers), snakes and all the other usual expected farming creatures. Dallying with any of the above is at your own risk and as a result we do not accept liability for injury or loss of life. Fire only to be made in designated braai area.
