Central, but quiet location within 500m of both golf courses and walking distance to shops and swimming beach. Downstairs the house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and informal lounge, which opens onto covered patio with outside dining facilities and Weber braai. Upstairs the queen bed sleeps two adults, plus a sleeper couch for small children or 3rd adult. Kindly note: Property has off-street parking and several stairs to the house (around 20). House itself also has stairs and balcony with double railing which is fairly exposed for small children. Therefore not suitable for those who may find stairs problematic. Small children require adult supervision.
