The Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge offers a series of traditional dome rondavels which are widely spaced on a tree-clad ridge. The lodge offers full board accommodation in 66 comfortably furnished rooms.The rooms, dining room and central braai arena are all linked by shaded walkways leading to a circular terrace overlooking the grounds towards the swimming pool. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style in the two-tiered dining room while the dinner menu offers soups, main meals, puddings, cheeses, biscuits and tea or coffee. Important Information
All our rates are quoted inclusive of relevant taxes, levies and service charges, and on a per room basis unless stated otherwise. Although subject to change without prior notice, all rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured. In those cases where the quoted rates are affected by changes in government taxation, we reserve the right to pass on such increases to our clients.
During the high season period, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation, will be required to secure any booking. We regret that we cannot offer any credits for any meals that are not taken on full-board accommodation plans.
We regret that we cannot accept personal cheques unless they have cleared through our accounts system before the arrival of our clients. We are pleased to accept to accept the following cards: Visa, Access/Master Card, American Express, JCB, Senator and Diners International. We also accept proprietary travellers cheques.
Park fees are not included in the rates and are payable at the gate if arriving on road and at the lodge if arriving by air. Please note for guests arriving at the lodge by air, transfers should be booked with the lodge before arrival.
