Serengeti Sands offers homely and comfortable accommodation in quiet surroundings in newly renovated units. Our accommodation is situated on the uppermost road on the slopes of the Fish Hoek mountainside. Please be aware of the approximate 30 steps to climb to the unit.Accommodation is offered in the Elephant Room which contains a queen-size bed and 2 single beds bunk beds. Important Information
A R1000 refundable damages deposit is due in cash on arrival.
The damages deposit will not be refunded should dirty crockery/cutlery be left on date of departure.
Breakages as a result of normal wear and tear, for example, plumbing and electrical.
Please report any breakages or problems to us as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to rectify the fault as soon as reported.
Guests must have respect for owner’s property and for neighbouring residents.
No loud music, TV or parties.
Cleaning and laundry during the occupation is the guest’s responsibility.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided but guests must bring their own swimming towels.
The owner is responsible for cleaning and laundry at the end of the guest’s stay.
Owner are not responsible for guest’s property, injury to guest while on the property.
The unit is entirely self-catering.
All units are non-smoking units.
No pets are permitted.
Breakfast is optional at an additional cost of R75 per person.
