Important Information
We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family-friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties:
* Parties/events/services
* Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds)
* Drunken disorderly behaviour
* Noise Disturbance / loud music
* Matric rage bookings or bookings for groups under the age of 25
If you will be having a party or extra visitors at the property, please let us know so we can try and find you alternative accommodation to suit your needs. Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay, we will have no option but to evict you immediately without any refund. You will also be liable for the cost of any damage and cleaning, as well as a possible fine from the Body Corporate. It would be best to resolve such issues now so that you may enjoy your holiday.
Please note that these letting restrictions can be found in the Conditions of Letting and Booking Restriction documentation that was emailed to you at the time of the booking.
Before vacating the premises, please ensure that the property is in the same condition as it was found, that all doors and windows are locked, and alarms are set.
By accepting the booking, you agree to the above as well as the below.
1. You will adhere to the above rules and regulations and our conditions of letting
2. You agree that this booking is not matric rage or for a group of guests that are all under the age of 25
3. If there is any misconduct with your booking, you agree to vacate the unit immediately and forfeit the full accommodation rental fee. You also agree to pay any fines, damages and cleaning resulting from the above-mentioned misconduct.
4. We reserve the right not to refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
