Selati 103 Guest Cottages is situated on one-hectare of private, subtropical gardens in a security village. We believe in providing value for money accommodation and a high standard of service throughout our facilities.All our guest cottages are en-suite and are individually decorated. Each cottage is individually air-conditioned and is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, TV with six channels, crockery, cutlery, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, linen and towels. As we are only 2 km from the Kruger National Park - we can arrange Safari vehicles to pick you up for a morning or day Safari in the Park or you can also do a Night safari from the entrance gate!
Our establishment is located only 2 kilometres from the acknowledged Leopard Creek Golf course (the number ONE in South Africa) and 1 km from the local 2x9 hole Golf course- and 2km from the Malalane entrance Gate of the Kruger National Park.
We have units that can sleep up to 5p. We have a small pool next to the big pool. We have the facilities for volleyball, a swing and big lawns for games.

Important Information
In order to confirm your reservation:
50% deposit is required to confirm booking from date of invoice if the booking is more than 1 month in advance
100% Deposit is required if booking less than 30 days to prior arrival
Cancellation Policy:
1. 30 - 15 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee will be levied
2. 15 -7 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee will be levied
3. Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee will be levied
Covid-19
1. In the event of a DOMESTIC legislated lockdown, bookings will be postponed and not refunded.
2. In the event of an INTERNATIONAL legislated lockdown, bookings will be refunded less 25% administration fee
3. In the event of contracting Covid-19, kindly send a medical certificate to qualify for postponement; a voucher will be issued for future stay
