SeaXplore Lodge and Dive Center is a beautiful establishment located in Sodwana Bay, offering comfortable accommodation to guests. * Please note: 24h Reception is not available at these premises
* Check-in is strictly from 14:00PM to 18:00PM
* Check-out is strictly from 07:00AM to 10:00AM
* Contact host directly if listings show unavailable during peak season
* Credit card used for the online deposit must be presented at check-in
* Card holder's ID/Passport is required at check-in
* Report to Lodge Manager on arrival
* Dives available on request (contact host 24h prior to arrival for booking)
* Complimentary Wi-Fi available on premises
* Only SeaXplore guests are allowed on the premises for safety reasons
* No smoking allowed inside the Guest House or Guest Apartment
* Quiet hours between 22:00PM and 06:00AM
* No loud music allowed on the premises

Payment Policies:
* Booking ID number must be used as payment reference
* ID/passport must be presented at check-in as well as credit card used
* An additional fee of R 350.00 for international swift transfers is charged
* Failure to arrive by close of check-in (18:00PM) is regarded a no-show
* No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
* Late check-out fee of R100pp will be charged for check-out after 10:00AM
* Early check-in fee of R100pp will be charged for check-in before 14:00PM
* Refundable breakage/key deposits of R200pp may be charged in cash on arrival
