Important Information
* Check-in: 15h00.
* Checkout before 09h00.
* A maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated.
* No pets.
* Quiet hours are observed after 22h00.
* No parties or events.
* No smoking is allowed.
* One parking is available.
* No busses or trailers are allowed.
* Please don't plug in additional heaters and use electricity wisely.
* Only 1 set of keys with remote will be provided.
* Please be vigilant of small children with the height of the top floor of the unit. Windows don't open fully, but there is no child proofing. Also, watch they dont break anything or access the parking area.
* We will require verification of guests on our side prior to check-in. Please kindly send through your ID/passport photos for strictly filing purposes and will be handled with the utmost confidence.
* There are stairs and a hand rail on one side of the stairs. If you are elderly, injured, etc. or have difficulty walking upstairs from 1st to 2nd floor of the unit. This unit does not offer a lift.
* Please be sure to close the double electric entrance gates on entering and leaving the property for security reasons.
* It's also a small community type complex, so one would need to consider a few neighbors on the same property.
* Parking is communal for the other units in the complex. One would need to park in such a way that is courteous by using the communal parking. Also there is strictly no guest parking.
* No staining or breaking of the soft furniture or linens.
* Please no lighting of candles or any flammables, no smoking indoors, no plugging in of additional electrical equipment like heaters or anything that will drastically increase the consumption on the units electricity bill.
* There are solar lights outside and batteries to back up the electric gate entrance. Also, rechargeable lights are indoors with chargers for phones only.
* There is a pedestrian gate access first in order to access the key safe located at the front door of the unit.
* We don't supply DStv or Netflix. However, there is YouTube and internet searcheability on the TVs.
