The property is located in the Langezandt Fisherman’s Village Estate, has direct access to the main beach of Struisbaai and is the perfect place to bring your entire family.

The space
The spacious house offers 5 bedrooms, four bathrooms and three entertainment areas. Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a luxury king-size bed, a TV, and a private sea-facing balcony. The adjoining workspace/study also with a sea view, is a perfect area to catch up with emails. The 2nd bedroom is ensuite, sea-facing and has a queen-size bed with access to a large balcony. There are two bedrooms downstairs sharing a bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen size bed and the other has two three-quarter beds as well as a TV. These rooms have access to the enclosed courtyard. A separate and private cottage adjoins the main house featuring a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The designer kitchen and adjoining scullery with all the facilities including a washing and drying machine, will leave you wanting for nothing. The comfortable lounge boasts a cozy fireplace and flows to an adjoining separate TV room with DSTV and Netflix.
The house has a natural flow to the two outdoor braai and dining areas, one overlooking the sea and the other one in the spacious courtyard. Both outdoor areas have comfortable furniture to relax next to the fireplace or just listen to the sea. The enclosed garden is ideal for keeping the little ones inside and providing privacy. The house also features solar power, Wi-Fi, and safe parking.

Struisbaai has the longest uninterrupted beach (14km) in the southern hemisphere and is a hotspot for fishermen, surfers, and kite surfers! It is a few minutes' drive from Cape Agulhas, a popular tourist attraction and the southernmost tip of Africa.
