Seagull 204, Situated right on Margate Main Beach with uninterrupted views, Seagull Holiday Flats is an iconic family self-catering holiday accommodation.This furnished apartment consists of two bedrooms, lounge, dining-room, kitchen with microwave and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single bed. In a lounge there is 1 single bed. This unit can sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment are equipped for self-catering accommodation. Various braai areas. We have a children’s playroom and a giant chess set. Enjoy

17) Cancellation policy:
1 month before stay date: 50% of the deposit is refundable
2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of the deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations.
This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the
Cancellation fee.

1) Refundable Breakage Deposit = R1000
2) Admin / Management Fee = R500
