Dune View Cottage offers self-catering accommodation in a comfortable upstairs cottage in Sodwana Bay.

It is a paradise for scuba divers and nature lovers. It sits high on a hill, offers sweeping views of the dunes and nearby lake. It is about 1.5 kilometres from the main road and the access road is a single sand track, although a 4x4 is not required, low clearance cars are not recommended.

There is another holiday home on-site, but guests have an electric gate and a private entrance. There is also an electric fence around the property. Although the cottage is very rural, it is not far from town and also between other houses.

This open-plan cottage features two single beds or a king-size bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath towels. The lounge has a TV with Netflix. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, two-plate gas hob(no oven), kettle and toaster. There is a large deck that is partially covered with a gas grill. There is also a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The cottage is serviced daily on request (except on Sundays & Public holidays)

Come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with the Jesserpoint Lighthouse in the distance and everything in the area.

Please note that we do experience regular power failures & when this happens we also lose water pressure. We have a generator that we can run for an hour or 2 morning & evening, so guests can still shower and charge up. Cooking can be done on the gas hob & gas braai. The aircon can't run on the generator.
