Small children will enjoy playing, swimming or kayaking in the lagoon. The upper bedroom, balcony and braai area offers 360-degree views and this is the ideal place to spend your day relaxing. The kitchen is fully-equipped to see to all your needs. The sunroom comprises a TV with access to bouquet DStv. The balcony on the first floor has a braai on a stand and boasts views the sea. There is an additional braai on the ground floor in the garden.

There is a pool table and a dart board in the double garage. A car-port and off-street parking is available for extra vehicles. A Synergy kayak; three-seater. Go-Kart, as well as fishing rods, are available.
