Welcome to Schaftplaas CottagesThe farm dates back to 1832 and has now been developed into a function venue and accommodation to share our history with the public.Facilities now include:- Private Bar area for guests only- Conference Center- Wedding & Events facilities- and their latest addition to the farm is 4 self-catering units full of character and old world charm.

★★★★★ Lovely venue and location up the West Coast, with the serenity and beauty of the area to allow one to unwind and relax. The venue is close to Langebaan, but far enough away to experience the true benefits of farming area. Right next to Schaftplaas is Thali Thali Game Lodge, where you can spend a couple of hours on a highly education game drive - well worth the cost!

★★★★★ The unit is tastefully & imaginatively decorated with upcycled and recycled furniture and decor. It was clean and neat and had everything we required for an overnight stay. The only thing we didn't like was the 'open' shower in the bathroom and I felt the 'garden' in front of the units could do with a tidy up.Other than that, we would recommend this establishment.
