About Savoy Hotel Kimberley

Established in 1892, the Savoy Hotel and Conference Centre is centrally situated in the heart of Kimberley, approximately 50m from the Town Hall. The Savoy is one of Kimberley’s oldest and most enchanting hotels and has lived through the diamond heydays.

The hotel has 50 bedrooms and suites that can accommodate up to 120 guests. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioners, TV, tea & coffee facilities and en-suite bathroom with either bath and/ or shower.

Wedding Venues: The Diamond Room can cater for weddings for up to 200 people. We can erect a dance floor and a stage for your wedding. Contact us for a detailed quotation.

Conference Venues: We have a total of 13 dedicated conference venues. The biggest one, the Diamond Hall caters for up to 200 people banqueting style.

Covid Safety Approved: We have an inhouse Covid policy which features increased cleaning schedules and staff controls.

Clean and value for money, although we stayed on a Saturday night and there are two very noisy nightclubs: one is part of the hotel; and the other across the road.Staff friendly, except we arrived at 13:10 to be told check in was 14:00. We thought fair enough, until we discovered later that this 60 room hotel was almost empty.
