There is 1 bathroom, fitted with a shower and bath. On the mezzanine level, there is a queen-size bed and 1 single bed. The property has uncapped Wi-Fi Internet access, Netflix, Showmax, Youtube.

Secure off-street parking is available for 1 car. Small to medium-sized, well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.

Please be advised that Owner/Management accepts no liability for any municipal issues that may occur during your stay with regards water or electricity shortages or interruptions, internet interruptions, and no refund requests shall be entertained.
This extends to any impact of adverse weather conditions that may result in flooding, burst water pipes, injury on the premises rising from any cause whatsoever. Clarens is well known for its very cold weather in winter and thus the risk of burst pipes, adverse effects of ice and or snow is accepted by the guest as part of our terms and conditions.
Check in to these premises constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Further to this no liability will be accepted for loss or breakage of any personal items by the cleaning service and advise that someone be available at the property during cleaning and that any valuable items be secured by guests.
