This spacious modern apartment can accommodate up to six guests and features an open-plan kitchen, a lounge and a dining area leading onto the balcony with outdoor patio furniture overlooking the ocean. Each bedroom and the lounge has an aircon unit. There is also a communal swimming pool with undercover built-in braai facilities, as well as a games room for the children. The apartment is only a two-minute walk to Margate's main swimming beach, the Margate Pier, restaurants and street markets with vendors selling all kinds of interesting trinkets.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of six people and consists of:
Three Bedrooms, main en-suite with shower and bath and second bathroom with bath, spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with a spacious patio that has stunning views of the ocean, air conditioners in all rooms, and undercover parking. There is a communal swimming pool in complex with charcoal braai facilities. Santorini has a lift for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite tops and appliances and has a Dishwasher and washing machine.

Daily cleaning services can be arranged, but is not included in the rates and comes at an additional cost. Cleaning services must be arranged before arrival and is subject to availability. Bed linen is supplied, but guests must bring own beach towels. As it is self catering please bring your own cleaning supplies and toiletries.
The lounge has a television with a DStv decoder.
