Important Information
*** Unit can accommodate 6 persons, but the 5th and 6th persons must be below the age of six years, as per estate rules. ***
ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THIS QUOTE:
- R550 -
A once-off administrative fee of R550 is charged per booking. The administration fee includes entrance for two vehicles onto the estate. Any additional vehicles are charged at R100 per vehicle.
- R1000 -
Refundable breakage deposit of R1000.
Linen are provided and only replaced for stays of longer then five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Full Dstv channels included.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
Please note that this unit does not have a dishwasher.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.

ESTATE HOUSE RULES
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term & conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should we be able to source another booking, we will gladly refund the full amount, less the admin fee.
You are NOT allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will ONLY be signed out to the Surname confirmed with our agent.

No Smoking Establishment
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
