Important Information

I hereby unconditionally indemnify and hold harmless Sandune Game Lodge (Pty) Ltd, it’s owners, guides, employees, agents, volunteers, officers and/or directors or successors in title, herein collectively referred to as the Provider, against any claims, losses, damages or accidents which may arise from whatever cause arising including but not limited to any negligence of Provider, if any, and releasing Provider from any results of the inherent risks such results including but not limited to property, bodily injury, illness, paralysis and/or death and accept that any of the following activities or participation in any recreational events, shall be at my own risk and subjected to this indemnity namely the:
a) Swimming pool (at own risk);
b) Any game drive and related activity;
c) Transport to and from the Airport or anywhere on the property or elsewhere;
d) Safekeeping of valuables
e) Attacks by wild animals or snake bites.
I further understand that I should inform the Provider timeously and well in advance of any allergies/dietary demands and/or requests/ requirements.

I further undertake to safeguard my valuables in the safe provided by the Provider. I have read and understood the contents hereof and signed this document out of my own free will.
Check-In and Check-Out Times - Check-in time: 14h00 or later Check-out time: 10h00 or earlier. Guests may not check-in after 19:00.
Child Policy - Children are more than welcome to stay in any of our units as long as they are accompanied by an adult. The maximum number of occupants is clearly stipulated in the information provided for each unit and children must be taken into account when calculating the number of occupants –See the pricelist for rates for children. The minimum age for an occupant checking-in alone is 21 years of age (at the time of check-in).
No Noise - All of our units are “no noise” zones. No parties may therefore be held inside any unit, and any noise, which constitutes a nuisance to or a disturbance of any other accommodation unit, will not be tolerated. We therefore respectfully request that you abide by the following: Under no circumstances are you allowed or permitted to host or start a party at a unit. Under no circumstances are you allowed or permitted to have visitors at a unit. Noise in the form of music or loud talking at a unit will not be tolerated or permitted. Alcohol and drug abuse which leads to any disruption whatsoever will not be tolerated or permitted. Contravention of the aforementioned will result in the cancellation of the visitation agreement. In such event, the said client will forfeit any deposit or amount paid for accommodation or visitation and will be expected to vacate the premises immediately.
Pets - Pets are unfortunately not allowed on the game lodge.
No-Smoking - All units are strictly non-smoking. Contravention of the aforementioned will result in a fine being levied against the client’s account. Continued disregard of this policy will result in a client being asked to vacate the premises.
