When the resort finalises your booking, your credit card will be charged in Meticals, at the exchange rate existing at the time the credit card is processed and this will be reflected on your credit card statement.

Beekman Holidays acts as primary letting agent for this rental property. Any interest earned on funds that you pay in respect of your rental booking, earned between the time you pay and the time that Beekman Holidays pays those funds over to the rental property, will accrue to Beekman Holidays.

Please note, If you arrive after hours, your keys will be available at security. The reception desk is open from 15:00 to 19:00 (Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday) and from 15:00 to 21:00 (Monday, Friday, and Saturday). Guests arriving after hours are required to complete their check in process at Reception in the morning.
Guests who booked and paid for their accommodation using a credit card will need to present the same card at check-in. A damage deposit of R1000 will be taken upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable as long as there has been no damage to the property. Any deposits including cancellation refunds should reflect back in your account in around 30 working days.
It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.
Use of some recreational facilities/equipment at the resort is subject to an additional fee.
Some resorts impose group limits and booking conditions, may have special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking, please be sure to check directly with the resort regarding their group booking policy as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking, otherwise your booking may be subject to cancellation or you may be refused entry at the resort.
Please note that cots are available on request and subject to availability.
Please be advised that as from 1 June 2015 children up to the age of 18 will be required to carry an unabridged birth certificate when travelling outside the borders of South Africa. Furthermore, sworn affidavits are required when a child is travelling with only one parent. Both parents have to complete an affidavit when a child is travelling with a guardian.
