San Lameer Villa 3001 is a self-catering ground floor entrance villa located in the secure and popular San Lameer estate. The villa is conveniently located, within walking distance to many leisure and sport facilities. The security-controlled estate offers beach access, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, golf, a children’s playground, and bird watching to name a few. The house can accommodate eight peoples and comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms over three building story's. Each bedroom has its own aircon while two of the bedrooms has en-suite bathroom
There are plenty of family friendly facilities, including golfing, a spa, a swimming pool, the Lagoon restaurant, and more.

Additional fees:
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 will be required, which will be refunded a week after departure, should there be no damages.
A once-off administrative fee of R550 is charged per booking.
Entrance fees for 2 vehicles are included in the price.
Any additional vehicles will be charged at R100 per vehicle.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Dstv Premium channels included.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
Housekeeping:
Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Friday's only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee.
Mid-and High Season or Long weekends and School Holidays Serviced every day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
Estate house rules:
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate. Non-Smoking Villa
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
