Units 4-6 are 1 house off the beach....a 90 sec walk until your feet touch the West Coast sands. The beach is perfect for long walks. The bay does not have waves and is therefore lovely for swimming, canoeing, SUP, windsurfing and kite-surfing.
Units 1-3 have a grass area with a normal swing and a Tarzan swing for the brave ones. Units 4-6 have a lovely shared garden which the children can play in. And it's only a 90 seconds walk to the beach, which the kids will love.
