50% deposit when booking (non-refundable)
Balance to be paid strictly 30 days prior arrival directly to Sage Cottage online management.
Should balances not be paid, bookings will be cancelled and deposits forfeited
60 days + If paid in full, 50% refundable
32-60 days - 25% of Total Booking Amount refunded.
1-31 days No Refunds
