Important Information

Rates include full board accommodation, soft drinks, beers, house wines, non-luxury spirits. A minimum two nights' stay applies. Balance payable in full 35 days prior to arrival date. Bookings are accepted on the condition that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance cover. Guests are required to complete a registration card on check-in. We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuation, increase in park fees, in costs or taxes that are beyond our control. Activities included: Day and night game drives, guided bush walks, guided bird walks, cultural visits, bush meals, sundowners, river swimming, tubing and fishing, camel assisted walking safaris from one morning to two weeks, Loisaba airstrip transfers and laundry service. Extras: Conservancy fees $70 per adult; $35 child under 16, Ayurvedic massage, champagne, luxury spirits and selected wines, extra meal - $30, exclusive use of vehicle - $300 per day, road transfers, vehicle fee when driving through Loisaba, guide taking room in lodge, with less than four guests - $80 pppn + $70 conservation fees, guide taking room in lodge, with more than four guests - FOC + $70 conservation fees, driver in driver's accommodation - $10pppn + $70 conservation fees. Check-out 10.00am. Late departure can be arranged but must be pre-booked and surcharge may apply for extra lunch, activities and other services. For any other departures after 12.00pm - $100 per adult & $80 per child will be charged. All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that New African Territories Ltd acts as the reservations office for the properties, and assumes no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property.
