Rus 'n Bietjie is a guesthouse located near the Tyger Valley shopping mall, Velodrome and the Bellville Athletics Stadium. All of the double rooms have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. 1. The deposit is to be paid on or before the date indicated for payment. If the deposit is not paid on the date indicated, the reservation could be cancelled and given to another client with no prior reason.
2. The total account is to be paid in full as indicated on the reservation form prior to arrival, except if arrangements have been made to pay in cash on arrival.
3. We will do everything possible to secure our guests' safety, but we are not liable for any goods that get damaged or stolen.
4. Any damaged or missing goods in rooms must be reported on arrival. If not, we will assume the room was in good order and you will be held liable for damage or loss.
5. No refund will be given if the flat is vacated before the time of departure as agreed upon.
6. Although we will do our best to accommodate special requests, it cannot be guaranteed.
