Rus-te-Kus is a self catering unit in the secure South Sands complex located in the coastal town of Munster. It is a newly renovated 3-bedroom duplex unit with sea views from all bedrooms, easy access to the beach and, during the winter months, it is not usual to see dolphins and whales whilst lying in your bed! The fully equipped kitchen and en-suite master bedroom is on the top floor. The unspoiled beach is less than a minutes' walk and is visible from all the bedrooms. During winter months, if you are lucky, you can see dolphins and wales.
Due to the large number of steps, the property is not suitable for young children or guests with mobility issues.

Important Information
As a visitor, you have a responsibility towards the neighbours, the buildings and the equipment of the complex. Please consider the neighbours and avoid behaviour that may be offensive to others.
The maximum allowable occupancy per unit is 6 adults and 2 children. Permission for additional guests must be sought beforehand. Non-compliance will result in a fine for the owner, issued by the Body Corporate. These fines will be passed on to the tenant.
Please maintain low noise levels and avoid excessive noise from smartphones and speakers, radios, TV, or any other cause. Quiet time in the complex is from 22:00.
Day visitors and guests of tenants are requested to park outside and not inside the complex. Only one vehicle per unit is allowed in the open parking where spaces are allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis. One vehicle may be parked in garage #4; however, the garage is difficult to access and can only fit medium-sized vehicles. Please do not park in front of garages
The municipal water supply is often disrupted. Emergency tanks have been installed; however, water must be used sparingly. If tank water is used, you will be notified.
An owner or occupier of a unit may not throw any litter on the common property or in the walkway to the beach.
A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed with prior arrangement. The condition is that dogs are not allowed on the furniture and, since the garden is communal, cleaning is done after the dogs.
Kitchen and normal household refuse are to be placed in standard municipal garbage bags and placed inside the bins in the courtyard. This will be removed by the gardener on a daily basis.
Owners and occupants are requested to ensure that the security gates of the complex remain closed. Ensure that the entrance gate closes before you drive off. The gate to the beach should be locked and not left open. Remote(s) of the Stoppel Avenue and the codes to the beach gates are to be kept safe.
Rus te Kus @ South Sands is connected to an armed response company. Please activate the security system when you leave the property and activate the beams to the lower patio or upper deck when not in use. It is important to double check that the beams are deactivated before stepping onto the lower patio and upper deck.
