TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All account balances other than authorized Debtors must be settled in full on departure by cash or credit card.
All cancellations must be made in writing, without exceptions, and proof of cancellation must be produced to claim a refund. (Refer to Cancellation Policy).
Check-in time is after 14h00, and checkout time is before 10h00. Should an early arrival be required, every effort will be made to assist, but cannot be guaranteed unless the room is reserved and paid for, for the evening prior to arrival.
A maximum of two adults can be accommodated per suite, a maximum of two adults in the studio a maximum of six adults per in Rus-en-Roes villa suite.
