Rothesay House is an airy holiday home sleeping up to 10 guests, situated in the quiet residential suburbs of Bloubergstrand. For your convenience, shopping centres, entertainment, restaurants and all amenities are close by, with the Table View beachfront just 1.5 km away. A 20-minute drive takes you to the V&A Waterfront, centre of Cape Town or, in the other direction, Cape Town International Airport and the beginning of the Wine Route. For golfing enthusiasts, the Atlantic Bay Golf Estate and Milnerton Golf Course are in the neighbourhood.
The spacious double storey, child friendly home comprises a ground floor with a main en-suite bedroom with a bay door and access to the patio as well as a second smaller bedroom with double bunk beds. Features include a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, guest toilet, and a lounge with a built-in bar with bar fridge, DStv, and a bay door with access to the patio.
The upper level offers a kitchenette equipped with crockery, cutlery, toaster, microwave, kettle and bar fridge, a lounge containing a TV with DStv and a double sleeper couch, two twin bedrooms, and a full bathroom. In addition, there is a double garage with electronic doors and direct access into main house for guests' use.

Family friendly: House is large/spacious and suitable for a "home from home" experience with two families holidaying together! Premises are secure for children to be able to play outside safely!
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable upon arrival in cash. Please note that average usage electricity is supplied - in the event of exceeding this, "top up" may be purchased via the caretaker.
