About Rossmund Lodge

Guests hoping for a memorable getaway in scenic surroundings will not be disappointed when choosing to stay at Rossmund Lodge in Swakopmund. It is situated on a prestigious golf estate making it a great option for not only holiday travellers, but also for golf lovers.

This beautiful lodge offers 20 comfortably furnished rooms and suites with a variety of bed configurations. Each en-suite room has a TV with DStv access and a mini bar. Guests can relax on the private patio while appreciating views of the surrounding area. These rooms and suites also have indoor fireplaces for those chilly winter evenings.

The lodge provides a full English breakfast for guests to enjoy. Light lunches, dinners and delicious braais can also be arranged on request. Guests could choose to spend the days visiting the charms of Swakopmund, or by remaining at the lodge. The 72 par golf course is a true delight for enthusiasts. It also offers a club house and a full driving range.

Twilight turns the area into a golden oasis and is a great time to appreciate views of the Swakop River and the seemingly untouched beauty of the area. Guests can end the evening off by relaxing around the lapa fireplace, or by enjoying a sunset swim in the natural rock pool.

Golf: The Rossmund Golf Course is a full 72 par course. It has a club house which offers meals and drinks all day, seven days a week. The course also has golf carts, pull carts and clubs for hire.

Wedding Venues: The lodge and golf course offer great venues for weddings, events and conferences.

                  What an Oasis in the desert! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We visited Swakopmund in December and Rossmund's rooms were cool and comfortable. What a view overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. You can also rent golf clubs from the Pro Shop and hit a few balls on the driving range - the springbucks grazing on the course doesn't mind. Swakop and Rossmund Lodge were definately a highlight during our Namibia trip. Pierre : the lunches you organised for us were the BEST!!! And thanks for all the ideas of where to eat and what to do in Swakop and surrounds!
