About Roseveldt
Roseveldt is a lovely three bedroom cottage opposite the beach ideal for a family of five to six people.
The main bedroom comprises a queen-size bed, the second bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom with shower and bath and toilet. The third bedroom has one single bed and a day bed in the lounge for another person.
The lounge and kitchen is open plan fitted with a fireplace. Glass doors opening up onto the stoep facing the Voorstrand Beach.

Important Information
Check in time is strictly from 14.00 until 17h00, should you arrive later than this there is a R200 surcharge fee for late arrivals.
Check Out time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time. No Parties allowed in any of our units and only the amount of guests per house allowed.
Kindly note that we do not have authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept eft/bank transfers. No cash payments. Kindly note, that we only provide a starter pack of the following, upon check in, the rest is for the guest own account; two dishwashing tablets, two black bags, on toiletroll and 200ml sunlight liquid.
Should you wish for the DStv to be switched on there is an additional charge of R25 per day. Not all units has DStv, please enquire before you make payment.
Where pets are allowed, a doggy fee of R250 is charged and no pets to be left unattended in houses.
A R650 Key & Breakage deposit is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days, after house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.
