Ideal for guests looking for comfortable lodging with lovely sea views, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.The house is tastefully decorated and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, and an open-plan living area. The bedrooms are equipped with either a double bed or 2 single beds, with a shower and bath in the open en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and contains a fridge-freezer; a microwave; a stove with an oven; a washing machine; a dishwasher; and a tumble-dryer.

Reservations
By accepting the quote, you agree to provide a completed personal information form and a copy of your ID. To respect our neighbors, loud music, excessive noise, and parties are not allowed. Please note the house is not pet-friendly, and day visitors are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Breakage Deposit
• The breakage deposit will be used for missing or damaged items, cleaning if the property is left dirty, and extraordinary cleaning of furniture and linens.
• Please wash and put away dirty dishes before leaving, as unwashed dishes will incur an extra fee.
• Smoking is prohibited in the house; any signs of smoking will lead to loss of the deposit.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions, the person who made the booking is responsible for any excess costs if the deposit is insufficient.
Self-Catering Essentials
Remember to pack the following items: bath and beach towels, dishcloths, firewood, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and additional black bags.
