This guest house is situated in a quiet corner of Meerensee. It is bordering a greenbelt and is the ideal location for nature lovers, especially bird lovers, to enjoy. The owners are bird-enthusiasts and are happy to impart their knowledge with guests.

The gardens are beautiful and maintained. All units are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, fly-screens and Trellidor security on doors and windows. Clean bedding, towels, soap, toilet paper. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar on arrival. Dish washing liquid and dish cloths are provided. A washing machine is available for guests. Guests have the option of booking two rooms with either a single or double bed. The rooms share a bathroom.

Attractions in and around Meerensee include Alkanstrand, Boardwalk Inkwazi Mall, Durnford Lighthouse, Bhangazi Horse Safaris, Visiting the Zulufadder Project, and Zulu Croc Reptile Park.

Safari: We are living in birders' paradise - with food for birds in all seasons. Community bird guides available on request at a fee. Day trips can be undertaken to a number of nature- and malaria free game reserves.

Beach: Our establishment is not sea-facing, but driving distance to main beach, lake area with picnic facilities and the small craft harbour with swimming area, especially for children.
