We are situated on a broader game farm. Guest may walk freely to enjoy Wildebeest, Duiker, Blesbuck, Wild Hare, Meercat, Mongoose and to hear the call of the fish eagle and an abundance of bird life.
We have 200 metres of exclusive water frontage on South Bay on the Vaal Dam, with our own private jetty. We offer both boat cruises and canoes. We're close to the Lake Deneys Yacht Club.
Wellness Treatments need to be booked in advance. We offer full hour and half hour massages. These bookings may include access to our wellness facilities.
The closest golf course is at Macauvlei.
We can accommodate up to 100 wedding guests in our Labyrinth and Conservatory Reception Venue. We offer fine dining, and experienced wedding planners to craft the perfect celebration.
We can accommodate up to 100 conference delegates on full day or half day conference packages. These include a lite pro, screen, flip chart and blackboard. Audio visual equipment can be hired upon request.
Families are welcome. Please note that we have a swimming pool that is not suitable for infants and young children who cannot swim. In addition, the dam is also not suitable for those unable to swim.
We offer turnkey wedding packages with experienced wedding planners to craft the wedding of choice in our Labyrinth, or Conservatory Reception Venue.

Important Information
Guests are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure their booking.
50% deposit is non refundable.
No refunds 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment required 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
Check-in is from 12h00 noon until 18h00, and check-out is at 10h00.
No pets are permitted as we have two dogs and two cats present. In addition, game roam freely on the farm.
To ensure the privacy of our guests and the greater farm, we do not welcome day visitors.
Please note that we have a swimming pool that is not suitable for infants and young children who cannot swim. In addition, the dam is also not suitable for those unable to swim.
Smoking is not permitted in the home, however, we have designated smoking areas in the boma outside.
No fireworks or firearms are allowed. In addition, we do not permit hunting or clay pigeon shooting.
Please do not let up Chinese lanterns or balloons.
Guests may not create 4x4 or motorbike endurance tracks.
Please do not pick any of our fauna or flora, thanks.
Please note that we do not permit food or drinks in the bedrooms.
If guests plan a party or event, this is to be hosted in our designated function rooms. No functions other than dinner parties will be permitted in our homestead. We are happy to quote separately for weddings and conferences.
Please note that we charge per guest. Even though the booking site may show shows an initial quote for up to a maximum of guests, we will send a special offer that will include pricing for every guest up to a maximum of guests - this is limited to the sleeping capacity of the home. All guests need to stay overnight. Please ensure that the number of guests has been confirmed and paid via the booking site prior to arrival.
Please do not consume our alcohol or personal groceries. In addition, please do not take our books as we have a personal collection that we have inherited. Please do not touch any of our piano's. We request that no items are placed on our pianos either.
Please note that we have septic tanks. Please don't place condoms or sanitary ware into our toilets.
Please bring your own firewood, charcoal and firelighters. We charge ZAR150 per wheelbarrow load of firewood subject to availability.

The host must ensure that every guest signs our indemnity forms, house rules and inventory. The host may not leave our home until every guest has departed.
