About Riverman Cabin Country Lodge

Nestled in the beautiful valley of Tonteldoos, Riverman Cabin Country Lodge is the perfect place to exchange traffic for donkeys lazily grazing, rushed lunches for a picnic in nature and city noises for an evening song, sung by crickets and orchestrated by frogs, a surplus of fresh country air and wide-open spaces. Riverman Cabin is situated in the Tonteldoos Valley, +-30 km northeast of Dullstroom, which is approximately a 3-hour drive from Johannesburg.

Each one of our 7 cottages and cabins are Rustically elegant and decorated in a unique style with cozy indoor fireplaces as well as private external braai areas, fully furnished and equipped for a homely self-catering experience and perfect for a couple, families, friends and group bookings.

On-site you will find a quaint wedding chapel, A Rustic Country style Pub and Restaurant, Driving range, Hiking trails, Doggie Dam, Boma, and Bass and Fly fishing.

Golf: Bring your golf clubs along and test your skills at the Mine view Driving range. Clubs are available for those who aren't regular players but keen to give it a try.

Wedding Venues: Nestled in the beautiful valleys of Tonteldoos is our quaint wedding chapel and rustic country reception area, perfect for small farm weddings up to 50 guests. Enjoy a weekend celebration with Family and friends.

Conference Venues: Our Events hall caters for up to 50 Delegates.

Family friendly: Where friends and Families come together. Enjoy family Hikes, Fishing and our Driving range. Spend the evening under the stars spotting satellite's and shooting stars or gather around the indoor fireplace with a boardgame or a book.
