Important Information
House Rules and Regulations:
* No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited
* No Parties: Parties are not allowed.
* Behaviour: Drunk or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
* Quiet Hours: No noise from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
* Guest Limit: A maximum of 2 guests is allowed per room.
* Check-Out: Check-out time is strictly by 10:00 AM.
* Parking: Only one vehicle is permitted per room.
* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas. This includes vaping and hubbly bubbly.
* Fire Safety: Fires must never be left unattended.
* Security: Please lock all doors and close all windows when leaving the unit.
* Appliance Use: Electric appliances, electric blankets and air conditioning should not be left on when you are not in the unit.
* Furniture: Furniture must not be moved from its original location.
* Key Return: Please return keys to the lockbox upon departure.
* Damage Reporting: Any accidental damage must be reported immediately.
* Liability: Guests are fully liable for any breakages or damages to items or property.
* Failure to comply with these policies may result in an immediate request to vacate the property without a refund.
