Cancellation Policy
1 month before stay date: 50% of the deposit is refundable
2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of the deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the deposit is refundable.
A CANCELLATION FEE between R500 and R700 will be levied on all cancellations, depending on the reason.
This is over and above the percentage already stated as the
cancellation fee.
PS. A R250 postponement fee will be charged for postponed bookings. If the client cancels after postponing, the client will not get a refund.
