Important Information
* Please check the inventory and report any major discrepancies or damages to our office by the following working day. (The telephone number is on the envelope)
* If you have booked more than one unit, please ensure that you return the items you have removed to the correct unit.
* Please do not change the source or settings on the TV.
* Please be aware that we do not allow overcrowding in our units, and should we find that there have been more guests staying in the unit than what was quoted or more than what it can accommodate, your breakage deposit can be forfeited, or you could be evicted from the apartment.
* Please further note that we do not accommodate any noisy parties that may inconvenience other residents and that guests may not bring visitors onto the property without prior permission. Should we find that these complex rules have been broken, your breakage deposit can be forfeited, or you could be evicted from the apartment.
* Our units are NON-SMOKING, so please smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your breakage deposit to steam-clean curtains, carpets, and furniture. If smoking on a patio, please do not flick your cigarettes onto the ground below but use an ashtray instead.
* No Pets are allowed unless prior permission has been obtained. Please ensure that you clean up after your pet and that he/she is leashed when in common property.
* For all bookings, please bring beach towels, as bath towels may not be taken to the beach. All bed linen is provided.
* A complimentary toilet paper, guest soap and dishwashing liquid is provided on arrival, but because our units are self-catering, this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring other cleaning materials you may want to use.
* Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 and 14h30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons, at an additional cost.
* Breakage Deposit for all units: R1500
