With breathtaking views from every room, the villa is minimalist with a neutral palate, the perfect family getaway. Its front-row position elevates the spectacular ocean and lagoon view, and the suburb is safe, with a beach within walking distance from the villa.

The villa features a central air-conditioning system and offers four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, block-out curtains, Internet TV, a desk and a built-in cupboard and has an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, and a view. A sunny patio also leads out from the room. The other three bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, a built-in cupboard, desk an Internet TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The modern, gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine and milk frother. The separate scullery is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. Situated next to the kitchen, is the eight seater main dining room, and the lounge has comfortable seating, an Internet TV and a fireplace.

Located on the main patio is a built-in stainless steel wood-fired barbecue and outdoor dining table, while the sunny courtyard with its landscaped garden, has a Weber barbecue and seating. In the lower part of the garden, is an inviting fire pit with outdoor seating. Guests have use of the gym and can relax in the heated swimming pool which has an automated cover, or the sunken Jacuzzi.

High-speed fibre internet is available throughout and an inverter system with solar will run most appliances during a power outage. Off-street parking and an automated double garage are available.
