Cancellation policy:
1 month before the stay date: 50% of the deposit is refundable
2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of the deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the deposit is refundable.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations.
This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the
Cancellation fee.
An R250 postponing fee will be charged with every change of dates, No change will be made
2 weeks before arrival.
