The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises five bedrooms, a large living room, dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second, third and fourth bedrooms each feature a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the fifth bedroom features a double bed.

The living room contains a TV with a DVD player, a fan and a radio, and there is a six-seater dining table and chairs in the dining area. The fully fitted kitchen includes a gas cooker, a fridge-freezer, electric kettle and microwave oven. The house is fully enclosed within a secure high perimeter wall and the resident caretaker lives on the premises and mans the gate and maintains the grounds.
