Important Information

All late arrivals need to be confirmed and approved prior to guest's arrival at least 2 days in advance
Check-out time: Strictly 10:00 (except if prior arrangements have been made and approved by host)
Guests will receive an Access PIN for entry at the main security entrance gate. ID/Passport or driver's license to be presented
Guests will collect the key to the property at key safe-box located at the front entrance to the property. Access code will be provided prior to arrival
Minimum stay: 3 (Low and mid-season) and 7 (peak season)
Refundable breakage deposit of R1500 and a once-off departure cleaning fee of R555 will be due and invoiced 30 days before arrival
Host will communicate further details on reservation prior to arrival (if and where applicable)
Note on breakage deposit: Guests to confirm the banking details that they wish the breakage deposit to be returned to once they have departed. No breakage deposits will be refunded by the hostess, without an e-mail confirmation directly to the hostess of the banking details from the person who made the original booking
